Hi, I’m Joan Namoc but you can call me “Ann.”
I’m a Virtual Assistant who believes that the right support can make a real difference in how a business grows and how a person works. I genuinely enjoy helping others feel more organized, supported, and less overwhelmed especially during the busiest moments.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and I’ve always been someone who works quietly, thoughtfully, and with full focus. I’m naturally introverted, but I see it as a strength. It allows me to listen deeply, notice details that others may overlook, and follow through with consistency and care.
My professional background includes over five years as a Corporate Auditor, one year as a Call Center Agent for an international account, and experience as a Maintenance Coordinator VA in the real estate industry for a UK-based client. These roles helped shape my work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and communication style.
I am currently working as a Legal Assistant, where organization, confidentiality, and reliability are essential.
This role has strengthened my ability to follow structured processes, meet deadlines, manage sensitive information, and maintain professionalism in every task big or small.
I also have a technical side: I’m familiar with JavaScript and WordPress, but I chose to build this portfolio on Wix because it allows me to create freely while staying within my budget. Even without a paid subscription, I’m grateful to have a space where I can share my work and introduce myself in an honest, simple way.
While I currently balance these responsibilities, I take pride in delivering high-quality work and can assure you that my focus and performance remain strong.
My mission is to help entrepreneurs, executives, and small business owners save time, stay organized, and focus on growing their business while I handle the tasks that can weigh them down.
